The man accused of running over a terrorist who attacked a man and a woman with a knife in Kiryat Arba last week was being investigated Tuesday on suspicion of attempted murder. David Mizrachi, the husband of the woman who was stabbed by the terrorist, was released with restricted conditions and is now under house arrest in Kiryat Arba. According to video taped testimony released Tuesday night, Mizrachi ran over the terrorist several times while he was lying on the ground. The terrorist had been shot and injured by a soldier from the Nachshon Battalion's Kfir Brigade who was passing by. The terrorist's condition remains serious.
