Mother of boy who killed himself: 'We saw nothing unusual'

The mother of the boy who committed suicide Tuesday apparently after his friends teased him in a conversation on the social networking site "Facebook" says she was not aware of the severe mental condition of her son.

In an interview with Army Radio, the mother said: "We knew that from time to time there were 'difficulties' in school, but we never saw anything unusual."

Police continue to investigate whether the boy's friends persuaded him to commit the act.
