Noam Schalit said Sunday that he wouldn't be surprised if Gilad Schalit didn't even know "that today is his birthday," adding "Hamas probably wouldn't let him know his birthday was today," Channel 10 news reported.

Noam Schalit has made a number of appearances in the evening before and day of Schalit's sixth birthday since his capture by terrorists. On Saturday night, he spoke before thousands at the mass social-justice demonstration in Tel Aviv, saying that social justice also means bringing an Israeli soldier back home.

On Sunday, Noam protested outside the Prime Minister's Home in Jerusalem, and also at the Erez crossing on the Gaza border.
