One person was killed and three were injured in a car accident near the Highway 6 Nahshonim interchange east of Petah Tikva on Thursday.

Magen David Adom crews pronounced a 13-year-old girl dead at the scene. A 43-year-old woman suffered serious head injuries and two others were moderately injured.

The woman was evacuated by MDA to Tel Aviv's Beilinson Medical Center and the other casualties were evacuated to Hasharon Hospital in Petah Tikva.
