Israel will not allow anyone to harm its police officers or soldiers and anyone who does so "will pay a high price," Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told the Likud Central Committee in Tel Aviv Thursday night.

"The law is the law and justice is justice," Netanyahu said, asserting that those who attack IDF forces in Efraim and in Bil'in will be treated the same.

"We won't let them attack our soldiers, start a religious war, set fire to mosques, or attack Jews or non-Jews," the prime minister added, saying the government "will act with a strong hand and make sure they are prosecuted."
