Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met with Defense Minister Ehud Barak,  IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi and other major government figures to finalize the next two years' budget on Friday.

This meeting comes after a marathon 15-hour debate on Thursday, in which many opposed a NIS 3 billion cut to the defense budget.
