Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu reiterated Sunday that migrants crossing the Egyptian border into Israel will immediately be sent to detention centers.

On Monday the second plane carrying migrants back to South Sudan was scheduled to depart.

Netanyahu also said that the border fence with Egypt would be completed this week.

He said that combined "with fines and punishments for those who employ illegal infiltrators... we will solve this problem."
