PM to propose limited yeshiva student stipend bill

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will propose on Sunday a plan to limit funding for haredi yeshiva students to five years.

According to the plan, which will be brought to a vote in the next cabinet meeting, the number of students receiving government stipends would be limited to those with three children, no car and an income of up to NIS 1200.
