Hundreds of parents across the country are expected to march Thursday with strollers to protest the high cost of child rearing, Army Radio reported.

The parents are demanding a law providing free education for children up to age three and subsidizing baby food, according to the report.

The main demonstration will be held on King George street in Tel Aviv, beginning at 5:30pm.
