President Shimon Peres ridiculed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi during a speech to university students on Thursday.

"Who needs this Gaddafi? I think he should go work at Dior," Peres said. "Every day he changes his style, spends thousands of dollars on strange hats and ridiculous dresses, wasting money. Who needs him? What for?"
