A Jerusalem resident in her 40s admitted to police on Thursday that she had plotted to murder her husband's second wife. The woman was arrested on Wednesday following an undercover investigation, during which she asked a policeman posing as a hired killer to murder her husband's wife. Her husband, a 45-year-old Arab resident of east Jerusalem, married an Arab woman some two years ago. The woman told police investigators on Thursday that she was jealous because she felt that since his second marriage, her husband had stopped treating her as his spouse.
