Police begin releasing social justice protesters

Police began freeing social justice protesters detained earlier Friday after they tried to prevent authorities from removing tents they set up on Rothschild Boulevard.

Among the eleven protesters arrested was Daphne Leef, who started the social justice protest movement last summer and remains a key figure in the movement.Police stated that the protesters were each being released under different terms, their records will be passed to the prosecutor's office to prepare indictments.
