A Jerusalem resident suspected of murdering a Palestinian teenager January 2011 was arrested Wednesday near Kfar Araq Borin in the West Bank, Army Radio reported.
Police suspect that the young man was attacked by a number of Palestinians while wandering through nearby fields and responded with gunfire, killed one of them as they fled the scene.
The suspect's lawyer, Ariel Atri, said "The authorities have already announced that this is probably a case of self-defense, so his custody is bizarre."
