Police seek public's help locating missing soldier

Police have asked for public assistance in finding a 20-year-old soldier who went missing after leaving his base on Tuesday.

Missing soldier Liraz Benbenishti

Police say Liraz Benvenisti was wearing an Israel Air Force uniform and carrying a black bag when he left the base near Gadera on Tuesday. Benvenisti is 5' 9'', has brown eyes and black hair.

He was reportedly seen in Herzliya on Tuesday night, but police were not able to locate him.

Police have called on anyone with information that could help locate Benvenisti to call them as soon as possible.
