Forty percent of Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh's body is covered in burns, Al-Arabiya reported on Tuesday citing American sources.The report also said one of Saleh's lungs was damaged, as a result of injuries sustained following an attack on a presidential mosque in Yemen last Friday.
