Report: Hizbullah builds underground city to elude Israel

A Kuwaiti newspaper hinted that Hizbullah is building an underground city south of the Litani river, Israel Radio reported.
According to the Kuwaiti newspaper, the underground tunnel system is more complex and modern than the Metro in Paris.
The tunnels are reportedly part of a plan to make it more difficult for Israel to attack Hizbullah, and help the organization maintain the element of surprise.
