IDF confirms shots fired at construction vehicles near the Gaza border

Shots were fired at construction vehicles near the Gaza border, the army confirmed on Wednesday. The vehicles were doing construction to the border fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel, the army said in a statement.

The army provided pictures showing a vehicle with a shattered windshield.

Earlier unsubstantiated reports indicated shots were fired at IDF forces.
