Following the inner cabinet's announcement that no final decision would be made as of yet concerning a prisoner swap deal with Hamas, the parents of captured IDF soldier St.-Sgt. Gilad Schalit decided to retire from their Knesset stronghold for the night. After it was communicated to them that the government would refrain from signing a final deal, choosing instead to continue negotiations with Hamas, Noam and Aviva Schalit stated that they would return to their protest tent on Tuesday morning.
