Shekel pushes dollar away from NIS 3.40/$ threshold

The shekel strengthened in early inter-bank trading on Wednesday.
It failed to maintain Tuesday's momentum, when the exchange rate rose 0.59% to NIS 3.397/$. This morning, the shekel-dollar exchange rate fell 0.13% to NIS 3.393/$ and the shekel-euro exchange rate rose 0.3% to NIS 5.031/€.
