Students protest yeshiva stipends outside PM's residence

About 20 students from Tel Aviv University protested outside the prime minister's residence in Jerusalem Wednesday morning against the budget decision which provides stipends for haredi kollel students.

The students carried signs and released roosters on the street in protest.

Police arrested two individuals.

No injuries or damage were reported.

Protests are expected to continue throughout the country on Wednesday.
