The Petah Tikva District Court sentenced a Sudanese man to nine years in prison after he admitted in a plea bargain to killing his Sudanese friend last July.According to the indictment, the two were at a friend's house when an argument between them erupted, and the convicted man stabbed the other in the chest with a knife.
