Sudanese man sentenced to 8 years for Tel Aviv murder

Yaakov Bashir al-Fadl, a 29 year old Sudanese national, was sentenced to eight years in prison on Monday. Fadl was convicted in the murder of 68 year old Tel Aviv resident Esther Galili last month.
Speaking in protest of the prosecution and court's decision, Galili's daughter said that the short sentence had cheapened her mother's life. 
The murder, which took place in south Tel Aviv, was captured by nearby security cameras.
