A vehicle crashed into a tree on Jerusalem boulevard in Rishon Lezion injuring three people Sunday morning.

Magen David Adom Ayalon crews evacuated a 17-year-old male and 19-year-old female in serious condition with head injuries to Assaf Harofeh hospital while administering artificial respirations.

An additional individual was evacuated in light condition.
