UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday condemned the attacks on Israel's embassies in India and Georgia, calling on the host authorities to "investigate these incidents and bring the perpetrators to justice."

A coordinated attack against embassy personnel on Monday in Georgia and India resulted in the moderate injury of Tal Yehoshua-Koren, the wife of a Defense Ministry official in New Delhi.

Israel raised the level of alert at all of its embassies and consulates overseas following the attacks.
