US-Russian space trio safely lands in Kazakhstan

ALMATY - A Russian Soyuz space capsule with three astronauts on board landed in Kazakhstan on Friday, NASA television reported.

US astronaut Ron Garan and Russian cosmonauts Andrey Borisenko and Alexander Samokutyaev, who had manned the International Space Station since April, landed at 1000 local time (0400 GMT).
