Engel East Europe, the Herliya-based property developer, has invested EU6 million to buy a plot in Warsaw, marking the start of a series of planned investments in Eastern Europe to further diversify the company's real estate portfolio in the region.
The land will be used to construct 300 apartments with total space of about 26,000 sq.m. Engel East Europe expects the project to generate sales of EU41m.
