President Shimon Peres was to address the Dutch parliament on Tuesday, a day after delivering a speech to the International Court of Justice at The Hague.

The speech was expected to cover the importance of Europe in dealing with Iran's nuclear ambitions, the use of chemical weapons in Syria and the recently revived peace process between Israel and the Palestinians.
