Health Ministry closes Palmahim Beach after sewage spill

The Health Ministry on Friday closed the Palmahim Beach on Israel's southern coast for bathing following a sewage spill.
The sewage was flowing into the sea from a nearby creek. The spill was apparently the result of a technical failure at one of the country's treatment plants.
