11 workers kidnapped in Nigeria have been released

Eight Filipino and three South Korean workers kidnapped by gunmen in Nigeria last week have been released, private security contractors said Tuesday. The contractors, who are not authorized to speak to the media, said the workers were released on Tuesday afternoon.
