Five killed in southern India mosque bombing

A bomb exploded at a historic mosque in the southern Indian city of Hyderabad, killing five people and wounding several others, a police official said. The explosion at Mecca Masjid occurred as people were coming out of Friday prayers, police officer Balwinder Singh said. The death toll could rise, because some of the wounded were severely injured, he said.
