Iran says it will allow UN monitors on nuke sites

Iran released a statement Thursday that it would allow UN monitors access to its nuclear sites. The nation qualified by saying that it would only allow monitors under the authority of the International Atomic Energy Agency and not the UN Security Council, Army Radio reported.
