US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, has planned a visit to the Middle East early next week, the spokesman of the State Department, Sean McCormack, said Thursday. McCormack added that the purpose of the visit was to find a political solution that will result in minimizing the fighting between Israel and Hizbullah in Lebanon.
