Both chambers of Congress have voted to direct $250 million to rebuild the Minnesota bridge that was destroyed in this week's deadly collapse.
But another vote in the House of Representatives is needed Saturday after the Senate amended the measure to switch the source for some of the money. Republican Sen. Norm Coleman said the "technical amendment" could end up adding another $5 million to the package.
