Two Kuwaitis at Guantanamo charged with war crimes

A spokesman for the tribunals at Guantanamo Bay says prosecutors have filed war-crimes charges against two Kuwaiti detainees.
Spokesman Joseph DellaVedova says the two men allegedly aided Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan by raising money and producing recruitment videos for al-Qaida.
Fouad al-Rabia and Faiz al-Kandari face maximum life sentences if convicted on charges of conspiracy and supporting terrorism.
