US: North Korea still moving to restart reactor

The State Department says a US diplomat's trip to North Korea has not stopped the North from taking steps to restore its disabled nuclear reactor. Spokesman Robert Wood says the US envoy at stalled North Korean nuclear talks, Christopher Hill, had detailed talks with North Korean officials on how to save the troubled disarmament efforts. But he said Friday the North continues to put equipment it had moved to storage back in its original location. He says that if the North continues to restore the reactor, "we obviously weren't able to get them to stop."
