A report published by the American congress shows that the US military has enough funds to continue fighting in Iraq, at least until the end of July 2007.
According to Israel Radio, the petitions filed asking the Senate for an additional 100 million dollars, made by the government, contradict the reality of the financial circumstances of the US military.
According to a White House spokesperson, "The democrats have twisted the reports in order to impose a Bush retreat from Iraq.
