Videotaped threat to Germany not authenticated

A militant Islamic group's videotaped threat to attack Germany was partially prepared inside the country, an Internet security firm said Wednesday. The Voice of the Caliphate, said to be run by Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida group, is thought to have posted the video earlier this month on an Islamic Web site used by al-Qaida-linked militants. The authenticity of the video could not be verified.
