A woman appeared in a court Sunday charged with murdering a 2-year-old boy whose body was found in a suitcase dumped in a pond in Sydney. The 26-year-old Sydney woman, whose name cannot be released for legal reasons, was refused bail when she appeared in the Parramatta Local Court in Sydney. She was arrested late Saturday and faces a potential life sentence if convicted. Her next court appearance is Dec. 12.
