Sum Tam (Green Papaya Salad)
A fresh salad from Thai cuisine with a flavorful Israeli twist.

 Ingredients:
- 1 green papaya
- 30 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bundle of fresh coriander
- 2/3 cup salted peanuts
- 3/4 cups fish sauce
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 garlic claws
- 1 big green chili
For the Salad:
1. Peel the papaya, take out the seeds
2. Cut into thin thin strips (approx. 1/10 of an inch) with a sharp knife or vegetable cutter
3. Slice 20 cherry tomatoes in half
4. Break the nuts into small pieces
5. Chop the fresh coriander
For the Sauce:
1. In a mixer pour the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, 10 cherry tomatoes and the green chili.
2. Mix for a minute to receive a unified mixture
To Serve:
1. In a large mixing bowl put the cut cherry tomatoes, and the green papaya strips
2. Mix with 3/4 cup of the sauce
3. Place the salad in a serving bowl
4. Add the peanuts and chopped coriander on top
