Three Israelis entered the West Bank city of Kalkilyah Saturday morning in an attempt to recover a vehicle stolen from them, Judea and Samaria Police said. Police said that upon leaving Kalkilya, an IDF force noticed them, arrested them, and handed them over to the Samaria District police. However, earlier in the morning, Army Radio gave a conflicting report, asserting that Palestinian police had detained the three and handed them over to the IDF.
