57-year-old man killed in northern Israel car crash

A man was killed on Tuesday afternoon in a car accident on Route 71 in the Jezreal Valley.
The 57-year-old was driving toward the northern city of Afula when for an unknown reason he veered out of his lane and collided head-on with an approaching truck.
MDA crews declared him dead on the scene.
