Bar-On denies charges that he attempted filibuster

Knesset House Committee Chairman Roni Bar-On denied charges that his move to delay the decision on dispersing the Knesset was an attempt at a filibuster.
"As chairman of the house," he stated, "I am allowed to set the agenda."
