Barak confirms Israel prevented 2 Hizbullah kidnapping attempts

Defense Minister Ehud Barak confirmed on Tuesday that Israel thwarted two Hizbullah kidnapping attempts against Israelis overseas.
During a tour of the Shifta army base in the Negev, Barak warned Israelis against traveling to the Sinai, saying that "these days, we have a responsibility as Israelis in the world."
