Barak set to leave for 5-day visit to Washington, New York

Defense Minister Ehud Barak was set to leave for a 5-day visit to the US Sunday night.
His office announced that the defense minister will visit Washington and New York, to exchange information on the region, politics, and security, as well as future challenges in the Middle East to both Israel and the West.
Barak will also speak with US officials regarding progress in various bilateral issues.
