Barak slams soldier who was filmed shooting rubber bullet at Palestinian

Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Monday criticized the conduct of an IDF soldier who was filmed firing a rubber bullet at the foot of an unarmed and bound Palestinian protestor.
"The IDF is an ethical army that acts according to standards of clean combat," Barak said during a Labor faction meeting. "The incident… is irregular and unacceptable and does not represent the IDF and its values. The army will investigate the incident and punish those responsible."
