Barak visits Schalit at protest tent in Jerusalem

On Monday night, Defense Minister Ehud Barak visited Noam and Aviva Schalit, the parents of kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit, at their protest tent outside the Prime Minister's residence in Jerusalem. Noam Schalit has stated that he will remain in the tent until the end of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's term in office in the hopes it will move the premier to take urgent action to secure the release of his son.
