Ben Shemen intruder who was shot, wounded by homeowner dies

The intruder that was shot by the home owner of a Ben Shemen house on Monday night and was seriously wounded died at the Asaf Harofeh Medical Center from his wounds on Tuesday morning.
Following the shooting, two burglars fled the scene.
Police were investigating the incident. A recently law stipulates there will be no criminal charges when a property owner lethally attacks an intruder.
