Border Police stops vehicle with 38 Palestinian children

Border Police pulled over a vehicle in southern Israel which was packed with 38 Palestinian children aged 10 to 13.
The vehicle was designed to only carry 10 children.
The driver was arrested and taken for questioning by Traffic Police.
