C'tee of University Presidents to meet with lecturers over strike

Representatives of the Committee of University Presidents announced that they were going to meet with senior faculty later on Tuesday. "The Treasury will probably destroy higher education," Senior Lecturer's Union Chairman Professor Zvi Hacohen said. "The only one that can save higher education is the prime minister. With every day that passes, higher education loses more and more students that are canceling their studies, and the chances are growing for the cancellation of the semester."
