The public defender's office requested Tuesday that the Attorney General Menachem Mazuz delay the legal proceedings launched against 50 youngsters who participated in activities against disengagement.
The request regarded only those teenagers who had no other blemishes on their criminal record and who were charged with relatively minor offenses during disengagement.
Most of the youths on the list were charged solely with illegal assembly or another misdemeanor, according to an Israel Radio report.
